    Existen 4 factores principales que son generalmente cruciales para el éxito de un matrimonio y por lo tanto también lo son para el departamento de inmigración al evaluar las peticiones de residencia por matrimonio. Es importante considerar estos factores antes de tomar la decisión de solicitar una residencia o Green Card a través de su cónyuge.
