Why do we only serve clients in Massachusetts and its surrounding areas?

In our practice, we strive to effectively serve all of our clients and we recognize that many immigration processes benefit from the presence of an attorney at interviews or in court (i.e. family visa petitions, asylum,cancellation of removal/deportation, etc.) Therefore, we only represent clients who are in or coming to Massachusetts and surrounding states (Northeast region of the U.S.)

However, we do represent clients anywhere in the US and abroad for cases of:

• Writs of Mandamus,
• Federal lawsuits against the Immigration Service,
• Investor Visa and
• Work/Employment Visas

These type of cases allow us to carry out our work from a distant location as effectively as we would if the client was in Massachusetts.
