Serving clients in Massachusetts and Surrounding Areas
Why do we only serve clients in Massachusetts and its surrounding areas?
Our office is located in Boston, Massachusetts and out attorneys are licensed to practice in MA, NH and NY. However, in most instances it is not convenient or cost effective for individuals to work with attorneys who are located far from the client, the court or the area where the incident occurred.
For immigration matters, which are Federal in nature, we can represent clients anywhere in the U.S. However, many immigration processes greatly benefit from the presence of an attorney at interviews or in court (i.e. family visa petitions, asylum, cancellation of removal/deportation, etc.), and therefore, to effectively serve our clients in these cases, we generally only represent individuals who are in or coming to Massachusetts and surrounding states (NH, RI, ME, CT).
We do represent clients anywhere in the US and abroad for immigration cases that do not require in-person representation, such as:
- Writs of Mandamus / Lawsuits against USCIS,
- E-1 / E-2–Investor and Treaty Trader Visas
- L-1 –Intra-company Transfer Visas,
- H-1 b Visas–for professional employees,
- O Visas–for foreigners with Outstanding Abilities and
- Work/Employment Residency / Green Card
These type of cases allow us to carry out our work from a distant location as effectively as we would if the client was in Massachusetts.
