What are your rights if an immigration officer stops you?

Dear friends:

Every individual in the United States have rights, regardless of their legal status. These constitutional rights are stipulated and written in the U.S. Constitution, and in particular, in the First 10 Amendments. Any law or act in contradiction to the Constitution is unlawful and therefore, invalid.
