The finalist organizations for our end of year donation are:
Promotes a world in which children´s rights and well-being are protected as they migrate alone in search of safety; by providing legal representation and advancing laws and policies that protects them.
Defends the principles in the MA Declaration of Rights, the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights by advocating for criminal law reform, freedom of speech and religion, racial justice, government transparency, immigrant, women & LGBTQ rights.
International Institute of New England
Creates opportunities for refugees and immigrants to succeed through resettlement, education, career advancement and pathways to citizenship, so they may realize their dreams & contribute to New England’s growth & prosperity.
Uses soccer as a vehicle for positive change, providing under-served youth with a toolkit to overcome obstacles to growth, inclusion, and personal success. Serves newcomer refugee, asylee, & immigrant children in grades 1-12.
The Right to Immigration Institute (TRII)
The only group in the U.S. training college students to be Dept. of Justice accredited representatives, & represent people in asylum, naturalization, and status adjustment cases, so one must face the immigration process alone.
