Yaxeni Pineda

Yaxeni is a full time Paralegal at FitzGerald Law Company. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. Her responsibilities at the firm include preparing court documents, preparing immigration applications with accuracy, communicating with clients and government agencies, assisting attorneys with the execution of the strategy for cases as well as scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar and correspondence.

Having graduated with an Associate’s degree of Science in Criminal Justice from North Shore Community College, Yaxeni was excited to be able to put into practice what she learned, working at a criminal defense firm. In addition, as the daughter of Salvadoran immigrant parents she understood early how important it is to be aware of your rights and to advocate strongly for them. FitzGerald Law Company has given her the opportunity to help with immigration matters as well. Yaxeni has witnessed closely the complexity of the immigration process and the work and dedication it entails, as she has many immigrant friends and family members who have experienced it. Yaxeni grew up traveling and spending time between El Salvador and the U.S, and she always knew she wanted to help her community in any way she could and she is happy to be able to help immigrants accomplish their dream of being one day Residents and Citizens of the United States.
