Steffany Hernandez was born and raised in El Salvador, where she developed a passion for law from an early age. She studied law at the University of El Salvador and later moved to the United States to further her education. Steffany earned her paralegal certification from Boston University, which has allowed her to specialize in immigration law.
With over 10 years of experience, Steffany focuses on cases related to family reunification, adjustment of status, naturalization, waivers, consular processing, juvenile visas, and defensive asylum cases, both with USCIS and in immigration court. Having firsthand experience as an immigrant, Steffany understands the complexity and emotional challenges of the immigration process.
