John J. (“JJ”) Loscocco, a seasoned and well regarded immigration attorney, has joined the FitzGerald Law Company team following a successful career as a partner at Barker & Loscocco, PC (dba Barker, Epstein & Loscocco). JJ’s decision to join FitzGerald Law Company allows him to expand legal services to his clients while continuing to provide the highest quality of immigration legal representation.
A Bostonian, JJ has a long history of legal excellence. He was admitted to the Wisconsin and Massachusetts bars in 1988, to the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts in 1990, and to the First Circuit Court of Appeals in 1993.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Northwestern University in 1983, followed by his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1988.
Since 2005, JJ has owned and operated Barker & Loscocco, PC, where he has focused on a range of U.S. immigration and nationality law services, including:
