Prior to joining FitzGerald Law Company, Jason Giannetti worked as an Immigration Attorney at the firm of Barker, Epstein & Loscocco and has over two decades of experience with immigration law.
Jason earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and opened his own firm in 2004. He has litigated on behalf of immigrants’ rights in courtrooms in and around Boston, MA, as well as in California, Texas, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He has successfully represented clients in landlord-tenant disputes, wage disputes, criminal defense, and contract issues. Jason has advocated for his clients in the Federal First Circuit Court of Appeals and is licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court.
Jason has also taught on the philosophy of law and justice at Brandeis University, MassBay Community College, Framingham State University, Regis College, Wheaton College, Stoneham College, and most recently, he taught law school at New England Law Boston. In addition to these official teaching positions, he has lectured on immigration, law, religion, philosophy and aesthetics in and around the Greater Boston Area since 2005.
