Motor Vehicle Accidents
- If you were physically injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident then you may be able to make a claim for compensation against the responsible party, their insurance company, or other entity.
- All states have different regulations as to eligibility for claims resulting from motor vehicle accidents. For example, in Massachusetts, the state may require an individual to have incurred at least $2,000 in reasonable medical care expenses to be eligible to file a claim.
- Benefits – You may be eligible to be reimbursed for medical expenses, lost wages and pain and suffering that has resulted from the accident.
- Generally a person is legally permitted to file a claim against the party responsible for an accident within a limited period of time. It is important to take prompt action.
- If you believe to be eligible to file a claim, call and make an in-person appointment or print out and fill out an intake form and email, or mail it to us along with any medical or police reports that you may have.
