If you are not in the New England Region
In our practice, many immigration processes benefit from the presence of an attorney at interviews or in court (i.e. family visa petitions, asylum, cancellation of removal/deportation, etc.), therefore, we only represent clients who are in or coming to the New England region (Northeast of the U.S.), or who are willing to assume the travel costs. We do represent clients anywhere in the US and abroad for Writs of Mandamus or Federal lawsuits against the immigration service, as well as for investor and work visas, for which the work can be done just as effectively from a distant location.
